两株解磷青霉对马尾松根际土壤的微生态效应及其促生作用

为了研究从马尾松根际土壤中筛选出的2株高效解磷真菌(瓜纳卡斯特青霉JP-NJ2和嗜松青霉JPNJ4)对马尾松根际土壤微生物种群数量及松树生长的影响。该研究通过Biolog微平板法探究该两株解磷青霉对马尾松根际土壤微生物群落结构的影响,同时观测其对马尾松的持续促生效果,并对马尾松根际土壤产生的微生态效应进行初步分析。结果表明:冬夏两季,2种解磷真菌及其代谢产物均对土壤中微生物物种优势度及丰富度产生了显著影响;相对于对照处理,解磷真菌处理的根际土壤中细菌数量显著提高,夏季时最高,为59.27×104cfu/g;瓜纳卡斯特青霉JP-NJ2及嗜松青霉JP-NJ4菌悬液处理的根际土壤,夏季时物种丰富度指数分别为2.835 0与3.120 0,均低于对照处理,说明夏季时解磷青霉降低了土壤物种丰富度。两株解磷青霉接种600 d后对马尾松仍具有良好的促生作用,苗高增长率可达88.7%,地径增长率最高为53.5%。解磷青霉的施用,明显改变了根际微生物群落中细菌、真菌及放线菌数量,微生物总量也随之变化;两株供试青霉均对马尾松具有良好的持续促生作用,其中瓜纳卡斯特青霉JP-NJ2菌悬液的促生效果最佳。 The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of two high-efficiency phosphate-solubilizing fungi (Penicillium guanacutungensis JP-NJ2 and Penicillium pinophilum JPNJ4) on the population and pine growth of Pinus massoniana rhizosphere soil. In this study, the biologics of Pinus massoniana on Rhizospop’s soil microbial community structure were studied by Biolog microtiter plate method. Meanwhile, the effect of Pinus massoniana on the growth of Pinus massoniana was observed and the microecological effects of Pinus massoniana rhizosphere soil initial analysis. The results showed that in summer and winter, the two kinds of phosphate-solubilizing fungi and their metabolites had a significant effect on the dominance and richness of soil microbial species. Compared with the control, the amount of bacteria in the rhizosphere soil was significantly increased , The highest in summer was 59.27 × 104 cfu / g. The rhizosphere soil treated with Penicillium guanacelluium JP-NJ2 and Penicillium pinophilum JP-NJ4 had the highest species richness index in summer of 2.835 0 and 3.120 0, were lower than the control treatment, indicating that Penicillium decumbensum reduced soil species richness in summer. After two days of inoculation, the two Penicillium decumbens strains still had good growth-promoting effect on Pinus massoniana. The growth rate of seedling height was 88.7% and the growth rate of ground diameter was the highest (53.5%). The application of Penicillium decupera obviously changed the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in the rhizosphere microbial community, and the total amount of microorganisms also changed. Both Penicillium sp. And Penicillium sp. Had a good sustained growth promoting effect on P. massoniana, Which Guanacaste Penicillium JP-NJ2 bacterial suspension of the best promoting effect.
