近代土木工程结构发展的特点是力求轻、强、巧、薄和抗震.建筑结构体强度设计的主控指标多为高标号混凝土.科学界、工程界在材料结构一体化上做了很多工作.将短钢纤维掺人混凝土内,与原有混凝土相比抗压强度几乎没有提高,而将超短钢纤维掺人混凝土内,再与原有混凝土相比抗压强度提高很大.这一重要的实验结果,对混凝土和水泥制品的应用技术的创新和发展意义很大.《钢纤维混凝土结构设计与施工规程》中对普通钢纤维混凝土的配合比设计作了规定.湖南大学土木系苟勇、黄政宇、沈浦生等教授对直线超短钢纤维混凝土性能的试验和研究已取得显著成效.经研究,我们认为钢纤维直线长度在5——15nun范围内、等效直径在0.5mm左右的直线形或异形纤维可称之为超短钢纤维.

After research, we believe that the linear length of the steel fiber is in the range of 5-15 nun and the equivalent diameter is about 0.5 mm. Or shaped fiber can be called ultra-short steel fiber.
