钢渣具有良好的水稳性与抗冻性,使用钢渣代替沥青混凝土路面混合料中的碎石,不但能有效提高路面层间的抗剪强度,而且可以减少天然石料的开采,是一种优良的生态筑路材料。文中采用室内直剪试验,研究了钢渣沥青混合料路面的上面层与下面层、下面层与基层的剪切力学性能。设计钢渣沥青混合料的配合比,在不同竖向荷载的条件下,研究层间黏层油用量和级配类型对层间抗剪强度的影响。通过试验证明,上面层与下面层、下面层与基层的层间抗剪强度均随着竖向荷载的增加而增加;下面层与基层间存在一个最佳黏层油用量,使层间的结合状况达到最佳;钢渣沥青混合料路面的抗剪强度高于传统沥青混合料路面的抗剪强度。

There is an optimal amount of the viscous layer oil between the lower layer and the base layer, The situation is best; the shear strength of steel slag asphalt pavement is higher than that of the traditional asphalt mixture pavement.
