为了比较脱泥与不脱泥工艺脱介筛脱介效果的优劣,实验以西山煤电公司西曲选煤厂二系统中脱介筛为研究对象,通过对精煤、中煤、矸石进行1 mm湿法筛分,将-1 mm煤样破碎至0.5 mm,做磁选实验,测定煤样的带介量。结果表明:脱泥工艺中精煤、中煤、矸石带介量分别为0.06%、0.05%、0.01%,不脱泥工艺中精煤、中煤、矸石带介量分别为0.15%、0.13%、0.02%。脱泥工艺中产品带介量更少,脱介筛脱介效果更好。该实验研究为今后选煤厂的设计和改造等环节提供了很好的指导作用。
In order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of desilting process and non-desliming process, the experiment uses the sieve in the second system of Xiqu Coal Preparation Plant of Xishan Coal and Electricity Company as the research object. Through the research on coal, coal and waste rock 1 mm wet screening, the -1 mm coal sample was crushed to 0.5 mm, do magnetic separation experiments, determination of coal sample with the media. The results show that the parameters of clean coal, medium coal and gangue are 0.06%, 0.05% and 0.01% respectively in the desliming process, and the capacities of the clean coal, medium coal and gangue in the non-desliming process are respectively 0.15% and 0.13% , 0.02%. Slurry removal process with less product with the media, removal of intermediary screening effect is better. The experimental study provides a good guide for the future design and renovation of the coal preparation plant.
