宝钢在三期工程建成后,将形成3座高炉向3座炼钢厂供应铁水,年钢产量达1100万 t 的生产规模。铁水管理是公司生产管制中心实行“铁—钢—坯—材”生产过程集中管理的重要环节,为此,宝钢将在强化铁水管理和 TPC(混铁车)运行管理的一体化管理模式基础上,采用卫星定位和无线扩频数据传输信息等现代技术,实现对 TPC 运行和 TPC 状态变化的实时跟踪监测,并建立与各生产单元联网的铁水管理计算机系统,强化铁—钢对应管理,使铁水管理能适应“按合同组织生产”的要求。
