作者自1966年1月至1971年9月见到糖尿病合并肝硬变病例22例,这22例患者空腹血糖均在140毫克％以上。活检或尸解均证实有肝硬变。平均年龄50岁,以40～49岁最多。内14例死亡。死亡平均年龄为54岁。糖尿病先发生者9例;肝硬变先发生者8例;初诊时即发现已同时有两种疾患者5例。患糖尿病时间不到1年者2例;1年以上不满5年者8例;
Authors from January 1966 to September 1971 saw 22 cases of diabetic patients with cirrhosis, the 22 patients with fasting blood glucose were above 140 mg%. Biopsy or autopsy confirmed liver cirrhosis. The average age of 50 years to 40 to 49 years old the most. 14 patients died. The average age of death is 54 years. There were 9 cases of pre-diabetes, 8 cases of first occurrence of cirrhosis, and 5 cases of two diseases at the same time. 2 patients with diabetes less than 1 year; 8 patients more than 1 year less than 5 years;
