目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗老年妇科恶性肿瘤的临床疗效及对患者术后生活质量的影响。方法：选择某院接受治疗的老年妇科恶性肿瘤患者146例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为2组,每组各73例。2组患者均对术前并发症进行评估与干预,对照组患者行传统开腹手术,对子宫内膜癌及宫颈癌的患者均行广泛全子宫切除术加盆腔淋巴结清扫术（A术式）,对卵巢癌的患者行大网膜、阑尾、全子宫、双附件切除术及盆腔和腹主动脉淋巴结清扫术（B术式）。观察组患者行腹腔镜下手术,切除范围同对照组。对2组患者手术一般情况、并发症发生率、1年存活率
