身处当前法治社会,人人都应该学法、懂法、守法。然而,在现实生活中,越来越多的违法犯罪行为严重扰乱了正常的社会秩序,影响了和谐社会的进程,尤其是青少年犯罪越来越受到社会的广泛关注。因此,作为中等职业学校的教育工作者,我们应该充分认识到中等职业学校法律基础课的法制教育意义,增强中职生的法律意识,提高每一位中职生辨别是非的能力,为社会培养法律意识强、专业技术素质高的新时代人才。本文主要研究了中等职业学校法律基础课的重要性,并结合中职学校的实际情况探析了如何改善法律基础课的教学效果。
In the current rule of law society, everyone should learn law, understand law and abide by the law. However, in real life, more and more illegal criminals have seriously disturbed the normal social order and affected the process of a harmonious society. In particular, juvenile delinquency has drawn more and more attention from the society. Therefore, as a secondary vocational school educator, we should fully recognize the significance of legal education in the basic law course of secondary vocational schools, enhance the legal awareness of secondary vocational school students, enhance the ability of every secondary vocational school student to distinguish between right and wrong, and foster law for society Consciousness, high-quality professional and technical personnel of the new era. This paper mainly studies the importance of law basic courses in secondary vocational schools, and analyzes how to improve the teaching effects of law basic courses based on the actual situation of secondary vocational schools.
