本研究运用五元二次正交旋转回归组合设计进行了醋糟栽培猴头菌高产配方的初步筛选 ,并对猴头菌生育期间营养利用规律及酶活变化规律进行了探讨。结果表明 ,醋糟配料中的麸皮、黄豆粉和过磷酸钙与配料中的其它辅料通过互作产生了增产效应。经优化筛选 ,获得醋糟栽培猴头菌的两种高产配方 :①醋糟 4 4.12 % ,锯末 2 5 % ,麦麸 2 0 % ,玉米粉 0 .6 3% ,黄豆粉5 % ,过磷酸钙 2 .2 5 % ,石膏 2 % ,白糖 1% ;②醋糟 4 3.5 0 % ,锯末 30 % ,麦麸 11.2 5 % ,玉米粉 5 % ,黄豆粉 5 % ,过磷酸钙 2 .2 5 % ,石膏 2 % ,白糖 1%。猴头菌菌丝生长阶段主要降解木质素 ,而子实体生长阶段主要降解纤维素和半纤维素 ,且漆酶、愈创木酚氧化酶、纤维素酶、半纤维素酶酶活性的变化与木质素、纤维素及半纤维素的降解规律一致。
In this study, a five-quadratic quadratic orthogonal regression combined design was used to screen the high-yielding formula of Hericium erinaceus cultivated in vinegars, and the regularity of nutrition utilization and the law of enzyme activity during heritability were discussed. The results showed that the bran, soybean flour and superphosphate in the vinegar dregs had an increasing yield effect through interaction with other excipients in the ingredients. After optimization and screening, two high-yielding prescriptions of vinegar-cultivated Hericium erinaceus are obtained: ① vinegar dregs 4.12%, sawdust 25%, wheat bran 20%, corn flour 0.63%, soybean powder 5% 2 2.5% of calcium, 2% of gypsum and 1% of white sugar; ② 3.55% of vinegar grains, 30% of sawdust, 11.2 5% of wheat bran, 5% of corn flour, 5% of soybean flour, %, Gypsum 2%, sugar 1%. Hericium erinaceus mainly degraded lignin in the growth phase, while the fruiting body mainly degraded cellulose and hemicellulose in the growth stage, and the activities of laccase, guaiacol oxidase, cellulase and hemicellulase Lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose degradation consistent.
