沪上的一位企业界人士,近日用“大机遇、大实践、大发展”三个“大”来形容国资管理体制及国企深化改革所面临的大好机遇和紧迫形势,兴奋之情溢于言表。确实,《企业国有资产监督管理暂行条例》的适时出台,上海市委、市政府领导对推动国资管理体制改革、国资有序流动、国企改革发展的多次强调,都充分说明了这一点。为此,本期特邀四位企业界人士,围绕深化国企改革的主题,结合实际工作笔谈切身感受,以求对读者有所启示。
An entrepreneur in Shanghai recently described the state-owned assets management system and the great opportunities and pressing situations facing the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises with excitement as the “big opportunities, great practice and great development.” Emotion in words. Indeed, the timely introduction of the Provisional Regulations on the Supervision and Management of State-owned Assets of Enterprises fully demonstrates this point by the leadership of Shanghai municipal party committee and municipal government in promoting the reform of state assets management system, the orderly flow of state assets and the state-owned enterprise reform and development. To this end, this issue invited four business people, focusing on deepening the theme of state-owned enterprise reform, combined with actual work pen personal feelings in order to inspire readers.
