法律对劳务派遣单位作为一个用人单位进行了确立,开展劳务派遣关键是签订好劳务派遣协议,用工单位实行劳务派遣用工并不能规避法律责任,劳动行政部门要依法加强对劳务派遣用工的监管。
The law establishes the labor dispatch unit as an employer. The key to the dispatch of labor dispatch is to sign a good labor dispatch agreement. Labor dispatching of workers to labor units can not evade legal responsibility. Labor administrative departments should strengthen the supervision over the dispatch of labor by law.
