随着中国高速铁路的不断发展,高速铁路运行时速、票价等问题受到越来越多学者的关注。本文在分析了相关铁路票价制定的模型和方法后,提出基于时间价值的中国高速铁路票价制定的双层规划模型,并以我国中西部地区郑西高速铁路为实证研究对象,验证了模型的合理性。研究得出:郑西高速铁路目前的票价在合理范围内,一定程度的上浮也在中高收入水平出行者的承受范围之内。高速铁路票价制定的合理性研究,有利于促进铁路运输部门服务质量的提升,也有利于引导消费者科学理性地选择出行方式。
With the continuous development of China’s high-speed railways, more and more scholars are concerned about such issues as the speeding speed and fares of high-speed railways. After analyzing the model and method of railway fare development, this paper proposes a bilevel programming model based on time value of China’s high-speed railway fare development. Taking the west-western Zhengzhou-Xi’an high-speed railway as an empirical research object, the paper verifies that the model The rationality. The study shows that the current fare of Zhengxi high-speed railway is within a reasonable range, and the floating up to a certain extent is also within the tolerance of travelers with medium and high income levels. The research on the rationality of high-speed railway ticket fares is conducive to promoting the service quality of the railway transportation sector and guiding consumers to choose the travel mode rationally.
