“京脆2号”是利用自交不亲和系0105-16和BH01-2杂交选育而成的水果萝卜新品种。该品种叶型为花叶,叶簇平展,叶片深绿色。肉质根椭圆形,根皮绿色,入土部分白色,肉色鲜红,肉质致密,味甘质脆,适于鲜食。营养成份丰富,维生素C含量66.7mg·(100g)-1FW,可溶性糖含量3.23%。生长期80~85d,抗病毒病和软腐病,适合北方地区秋季种植。区域试验和生产试验每667m~2平均产量均为5 000kg左右,比对照(“满堂红”)增产约10%。2015年通过北京市品种鉴定。
“Jing crisp 2 ” is a new variety of fruit radish which is bred by selfing incompatibility lines 0105-16 and BH01-2. The varieties of leaves for the mosaic, leaf clusters, leaves dark green. Fleshy root oval, root bark green, white part of the soil, bright red flesh, meat quality is compact, sweet and crisp, suitable for fresh food. Rich in nutrients, vitamin C content of 66.7mg · (100g) -1FW, soluble sugar content of 3.23%. Growth period 80 ~ 85d, anti-virus disease and soft rot, suitable for planting in northern autumn.
