目的研究柞树Quercus mongolicus树皮的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等分离纯化,依据理化性质及波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果从柞树皮中分离得到20个化合物,分别鉴定为蒲公英赛酮(1)、蒲公英赛醇(2)、20β-羟基-达玛烷-23(24)-烯-3-酮(3)、20(S),24(S)-dihydroxydammara-26-en-3-one(4)、熊果酸乙酯(5)、羽扇豆醇(6)、谷甾酮(7)、异刺树醇isofouquierol(8)、没食子酸(9)、5,6,7,4′-四羟基二氢黄酮(10)、花旗松素(11)、东莨菪内酯(12)、山柰酚(13)、β-谷甾醇(14)、(-)-开环异落叶松树脂酚(15)、古柯二醇(16)、(-)-表儿茶素(17)、胡萝卜苷(18)、(-)-表松脂醇(19)、水杨酸(20)。结论化合物4、7、8为首次从该属植物中分离得到,1、2、5、6和11为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of bark of Quercus mongolicus. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis. Results Twenty compounds were isolated from bark of eucalyptus and identified as argentinone (1), dandelion (2), and 20β-hydroxy-damarane-23 (24)-en-3-one (3). 20(S),24(S)-dihydroxydammara-26-en-3-one(4), ethyl ursolic acid(5), lupeol(6), sitosterone(7), and thorn alcohol Isofouquierol (8), gallic acid (9), 5,6,7,4’-tetrahydroxydihydroflavone (10), Taxifolin (11), scopoletin (12), kaempferol (13) , β-sitosterol (14), (-)-open-isopened larch resin phenol (15), codadiol (16), (-)-epicatechin (17), carrot glucoside (18), (-)-epiderthol (19), salicylic acid (20). Conclusion Compounds 4, 7 and 8 were isolated from this genus for the first time. 1, 2, 5, 6 and 11 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
