根据单个刀具受力模型和计算公式,确定了铣刨轮载荷波动的计算方法,通过分析刀具排列参数对铣刨轮载荷的影响,提出了降低载荷波动的策略,建立了基于载荷波动最小的铣刨轮刀具排列参数优化数学模型.编写了Matlab优化设计程序,并对铣刨轮刀具排列参数进行了优化设计.优化前后统计数据表明,优化后的铣刨轮的载荷波动明显降低,提高了铣刨轮的工作平稳性和可靠性.
