通过单片计算机对Ti-15-3合金超塑性拉伸变形过程进行优化控制,讨论了其优化原理和控制方法,介绍了该计算机控制系统的硬件和软件。实验结果表明,超塑变形过程的优化控制能显著提高Ti-15-3钛合金的超塑性能,是一种有应用价值的最佳变形模式。
The monolithic computer is used to optimize and control the superplastic tensile deformation of Ti-15-3 alloy. The optimization principle and control method are discussed. The hardware and software of the computer control system are introduced. The experimental results show that the optimal control of the superplastic deformation process can significantly improve the superplastic performance of Ti-15-3 titanium alloy, which is an optimal deformation mode with application value.
