目的研究改性后的胡椒碱合成衍生物-胡椒酸乙酯GBA对大鼠高脂血症的影响及对小鼠的急性毒性作用。方法以高脂血症大鼠为模型,饲养高脂饲料的同时灌胃给予胡椒酸乙酯GBA,连续14d,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)含量。通过小鼠急性毒性实验观察胡椒碱和胡椒酸乙酯GBA3个剂量组对小鼠产生的毒性反应。结果胡椒酸乙酯GBA具有降低大鼠血清TC、LDL-c的含量和动脉硬化指数(AI)的作用。小鼠急性毒性实验表明,灌胃给予胡椒酸乙酯GBA的3个剂量组均未出现死亡和毒性反应。结论胡椒酸乙酯GBA具有一定的降血脂的作用,而且较胡椒碱毒性极低。
Objective To study the effect of modified piperine synthetic derivative GBA on hyperlipidemia and its acute toxicity in mice. Methods Hyperlipidemic rats were fed with high fat diet and gavage of ethyl gallate (GBA) for 14 consecutive days. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol HDL-c), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c) content. Toxic effects of piperine and GBA3 in mice were observed by acute toxicity test in mice. Results GBA could decrease the level of TC and LDL-c in serum and atherosclerosis index (AI) in rats. The acute toxicity test in mice showed that there was no death and toxic reaction in the three dose groups administered gavage with ethyl gallate GBA. Conclusion GBA has a hypolipidemic effect and is less toxic than piperine.
