目的 建立并分析阴道毛滴虫的形态学数据和参数。 方法 用计算机图象分析系统得到阴道毛滴虫及核的长、宽、周长、长宽比、等效圆直径、圆度、面积、前鞭毛与后鞭毛、轴柱长度。计算滋养体和核的体积。 结果 滋养体的大小为 15 .0 11μm(9.2 2 2~ 2 1.796μm)× 12 .0 5 8μm(5 .86 8~ 17.6 0 5μm)。前鞭毛、后鞭毛和轴柱的长度分别 18.2 7μm、17.4 1μm、2 1.94μm。相关分析显示滋养体与核的面积 (r=0 .5 4 ,P<0 .0 1)、滋养体与核体积 (r=0 .4 7,P<0 .0 1)相关性有显著性意义 ,滋养体面积和核圆度呈负相关 (r=- 0 .2 9,P<0 .0 1) ,滋养体圆度和核圆度之间无相关性。 结论 参数间的相关系数显示 ,随着滋养体增大 ,虫体的形态变圆 ,而核的形态变化不大。阴道毛滴虫形态学数据和参数的建立为量化及评价虫体的形态奠定了基础。
Objective To establish and analyze the morphological data and parameters of Trichomonas vaginalis. Methods The length, width, perimeter, aspect ratio, equivalent circular diameter, roundness, area, anterior flagella and posterior flagella, and axial length of Trichomonas vaginalis and nucleus were obtained by computer image analysis system. Calculate the volume of trophozoites and nuclei. Results Trophoblast size was 15 .0 11μm (9.222 ~ 2 1.796μm) × 12.058μm (5.886 ~ 17.6 0 5μm). The length of the former flagella, the latter flagella and the column were respectively 18.2 7μm, 17.4 1μm and 2 1.94μm. Correlation analysis showed significant correlations between trophozoites and nuclei (r = 0.54, P <0.01), trophozoites and nuclear volume (r = 0.47, P <0.01) Significance, trophozoite area and core roundness were negatively correlated (r = -0.29, P <0.01). There was no correlation between trophozoite roundness and nuclear roundness. Conclusion The correlation coefficient between the parameters showed that with the increase of trophozoites, the morphology of parasites became round, but the morphology of nuclei did not change much. The establishment of morphological data and parameters of Trichomonas vaginalis lays the foundation for quantifying and evaluating the morphology of parasites.
