目的对GB/T 5750.4—2006中阴离子合成洗涤剂检测方法进行改进优化,提高检验时效。方法改多步萃取为一步离心萃取:一次性定量加入待测水样、5 ml氯仿和10 ml亚甲蓝溶液于50 ml尖底离心管中,具塞,强力振摇1 min后置于离心机中,在2 500 r/min离心5min进行分离萃取,紫外分光光度法测定氯仿层,检测波长650nm。结果十二烷基苯磺酸钠在0~1 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为100.8%(n=9,RSD=2.1%);与国标法相比差异无统计学意义。结论优化后的测定方法减少了萃取溶剂的用量,缩短了样品处理时间,操作简单、快速、分离效果好,结果准确可靠,可以极大地提高检验效率。
OBJECTIVE To improve and optimize the detection method of anionic synthetic detergent in GB / T 5750.4-2006 to improve the test aging.
