农村水利建设是保障农业发展的基础条件,是实现农业增产增收的关键。完善农村水利建设将大幅提高农业生产抗击自然灾害的能力,稳定粮食产量,也是增加农民收入,改善农村生态的必然要求。本文论述了农村水利建设的现状,分析当中存在的问题,并提出了相关政策建议。
