人类生长激素具有自身调节性。注射生长激素释放激素(GHRH)后,生长激素(GH)分泌增加,刺激下丘脑分泌生长抑素(SS)而使GH分泌下降。GH还可促进胰岛素样生长因子I(IGF-I)的生成。动物实验表明,IGF-I可使下丘脑SS的分泌增加,并在垂体水平抑制GH分泌。正常人注射GH后,IGF-I分泌增加,GH对GHRH的反应降低。I型糖尿病(IDDM)患者24小时GH均增高,但IGF-I分泌受抑制。 作者观察7例男性IDDM患者,年龄25~43岁,平均36±2岁,病程15±14年,均采用连续皮下注射胰岛素治疗(CSII)3.0±0.6年,肌酊<120μmol/L,HbA_(1c)7.0±0.7%。7名男性健康受试者作为对照组,年龄23~43岁,平均34±3岁,肌酐<
Human growth hormone has its own regulatory. After injection of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH), GH secretion increases, stimulating the hypothalamus secrete somatostatin (SS) and GH secretion decreased. GH also promotes the production of insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I). Animal experiments show that, IGF-I can increase the secretion of the hypothalamus SS, and inhibition of pituitary GH secretion. Normal human after injection of GH, IGF-I secretion increased, GH response to GHRH decreased. Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (IDDM) increased GH at 24 hours, but IGF-I secretion was inhibited.
