不锈钢除尘灰因含有大量的重金属离子而对环境产生危害,同时因含有大量镍、铬、铁等元素而具有很大的回收价值。介绍了不锈钢除尘灰的基本特性和无害化处理技术。详细介绍了国外不锈钢除尘灰回收处理的相关工艺及应用情况。通过比较各工艺特点以及在工业中的应用情况,为国内各不锈钢厂不锈钢除尘灰的回收处理提供思路。最后提出不锈钢除尘灰综合利用的方向是解决铬回收率低的问题,同时尽量降低过程能耗,节约回收成本。
Stainless steel dust ash contains a lot of heavy metal ions and the environment harm, but also contains a large amount of nickel, chromium, iron and other elements and has great recovery value. Describes the basic characteristics of stainless steel dust and decontamination technology. Described in detail the foreign stainless steel dust recycling related technology and application. By comparing the characteristics of each process as well as the application in the industry, the paper provides ideas for the recovery and treatment of stainless steel dust ash in domestic stainless steel mills. In the end, the direction of comprehensive utilization of stainless steel dust is put forward to solve the problem of low chromium recovery while minimizing the process energy consumption and saving the recovery cost.
