目的:探讨环节控制在针灸推拿医院感染管理中的实施效果。方法:选择浙江省杭州市一家三级甲等针灸推拿医院为研究对象,比较实施环节控制管理前后医务人员手卫生的依从率、医院感染发生率和医务人员感染知晓率。结果:实施环节控制后医务人员的感染知晓率由62.50%提高到93.75%(P<0.05),手卫生依从率明显高于实施前(P<0.05),医院感染率明显低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:针灸推拿医院的感染管理实施环节控制,能够有效降低医院的感染率,提高医务人员手卫生的依从率。
Objective: To explore the implementation of the link control in the management of acupuncture and moxibustion hospital infection. Methods: A three-level acupuncture and massage hospital in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province was selected as the research object. The comparisons of hand hygiene compliance rate, hospital infection rate and medical staff infection rate before and after the implementation of the link control management were compared. Results: The infection rate of medical staff was increased from 62.50% to 93.75% (P <0.05), and the compliance rate of hand hygiene was significantly higher than that before implementation (P <0.05). The hospital infection rate was significantly lower than that before implementation <0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture and Moxibustion hospital management of infection control aspects of control, can effectively reduce the hospital infection rate and improve medical staff compliance rate of hand hygiene.
