水产品质量检验是保证水产品质量安全的重要手段。对水产品质量检验室进行科学管理可有效提高水产品质量安全检测水平。将5S原理应用于水产品质量检验实验室管理中,阐述实施5S的措施,并分析了5S的推进层次。检验中引入5S后,能有效改进检验质量和效率,改善实验室卫生和安全状况,节约实验耗材,提高检验人员的综合素质。
Quality inspection of aquatic products is an important means to ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products.
