科技项目作为企业技术创新的载体,其产出效率体现出项目的合理运行,资源的合理分配。DEA的方法能够对多项投入、多项产出的系统进行分析,对科技项目产出效率评价具有一定的优势。通过科技项目的产出效率分析,可以对企业科技项目进行评价,为以后科技项目的开展提供改进方向。
Science and technology projects as a carrier of technological innovation in enterprises, the output efficiency reflects the rational operation of the project, the rational allocation of resources. The DEA method can analyze a number of input and output systems and has certain advantages in evaluating the output efficiency of science and technology projects.
