人才是社会、企业发展的关键因素,在经济全球化进程逐渐加快的背景下,市场经济瞬息万变,国有企业、私有企业的竞争压力越来越大。很明显,现在有些国有企业并不能适应市场经济的迅速发展,此时,对于国有企业来说,人才越来越重要。那么,国有企业怎样才能留住人才?本文主要分析了国有企业建立激励政策,留住人才。
Talent is the key factor in the development of society and enterprises. Under the background of accelerating economic globalization, the market economy is rapidly changing. The pressure of competition among state-owned enterprises and private-owned enterprises is increasing. Obviously, at present, some state-owned enterprises are not able to adapt to the rapid development of a market economy. At this time, talent is becoming more and more important to state-owned enterprises. So, how can state-owned enterprises retain their talents? This paper analyzes the incentive policies of state-owned enterprises to retain talents.
