目的:研究毛冬青注射液的安全性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:通过L-929细胞毒性实验和RBL-2H3细胞脱颗粒实验,考察毛冬青注射液的临床毒性大小以及是否存在类过敏的不良反应。结果:毛冬青注射液在高浓度时(333μl.ml-1)抑制细胞增殖,低浓度时(111μl.ml-1)促进细胞增殖,并有浓度依赖性,同时会引起部分RBL-2H3细胞脱颗粒。结论:细胞毒性实验可用于评价药物的毒性大小;细胞脱颗粒实验可用于评价药物的类过敏反应。
Objective: To study the safety of Mao Dongqing injection and provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods: The clinical toxicity of Mao Dongqing injection was investigated by L-929 cytotoxicity assay and the degranulation of RBL-2H3 cells, and the existence of allergic reactions. Results: Mao Dongqing injection inhibited cell proliferation at a high concentration (333μl.ml-1), and at a low concentration (111μl.ml-1) promoted cell proliferation in a concentration-dependent manner. At the same time, Granules. Conclusion: Cytotoxicity test can be used to evaluate the toxicity of drugs. Cell degranulation test can be used to evaluate the drug-like allergic reaction.
