本文以猪胸腺为原料 ,经超滤、Biogel p- 4凝胶过滤、DEAE- Sephadex A- 2 5离子交换层析、Sephadex G- 10过滤、HPLC分离等步骤 ,得到分子量小于 30 0 0的多个组分 ,对其中二个组分测定了 N端序列。该抑裂素除可抑制 Con A刺激的淋巴细胞对 3H- Td R的掺入之外 ,体内可抑制机体对异源蛋白的免疫应答反应 ,延迟异体移植皮肤的存活时间 ,还可抑制大鼠同种异体心肺联合移植引起的排斥反应。鉴于抑裂素具有种族非专一性 ,组织专一性 ,非细胞毒和作用可逆性等特点 ,用于治疗自身免疫性疾病 ,皮肤移植和器官移植时作为抗排异药有很大潜力
