本文观测了135例癌症病人血清过氧化脂质(LPO)水平及两种抗氧化性维生素(V_E 及 V_C)的含量,并对二者关系进行了分析,鉴于血清 LPO 值随增龄而有升高,本文采用同龄组健康人血清观测值作对照;并选用“LPO/V_E+V_C”比值作为反映体内过氧化与抗过氧化两系统关系的指标。结果表明:癌症病人血清 LPO 水平较同龄组健康人明显增高,而其 V_E 及 V_C 含量则较正常对照组为低;LPO/V_E+V_C 比值极显著地高于对照组。作者认为 LPO/V_E+V_C 比值似可用作自由基损伤所致疾病(如癌症等)早期诊断或预后观察的一种辅助性指标。它反映了病人血清 V_E 及 V_C 的低水平与 LPO 的显著增高密切相关,并提示这类抗氧化剂对于癌症的防治可能具有积极作用,值得临床重视并予深入研究。
In this paper, 135 patients with cancer serum lipid peroxide (LPO) levels and two antioxidant vitamins (V_E and V_C) content, and the relationship between the two were analyzed, in view of the serum LPO value increased with age In this paper, the healthy subjects in the same age group were used as controls; and the ratio of “LPO / V_E + V_C” was chosen as the index to reflect the relationship between the two systems of peroxidation and anti-peroxidation in vivo. The results showed that serum LPO levels in cancer patients were significantly higher than those in the same age group, while V_E and V_C contents in cancer patients were lower than those in normal controls. LPO / V_E + V_C ratio was significantly higher than that in control subjects. Authors believe that LPO / V_E + V_C ratio can be used as a free radical injury caused by diseases such as cancer diagnosis or prognosis of an auxiliary indicator. It reflects that the low level of serum V_E and V_C in patients is closely related to the significant increase of LPO, and suggests that such antioxidants may have a positive effect on the prevention and treatment of cancer, which deserves clinical attention and further study.
