双层压力过滤器底部配水系统筛管中的筛筒缝隙宽度较小,过滤器运行一段时间后,配水系统内部金属结构会出现腐蚀和结垢的现象,腐蚀产物和污垢便会堵塞缝隙,导致配水系统布水的均匀性变差,并造成反冲洗系统压力升高,严重时会造成配水系统结构损坏。采用拆除筛筒结构,并增加砾石垫料层级配的措施能够解决上述问题。本文对反冲洗时底部配水系统进行水力计算,分析采取措施前后底部配水系统的水头损失,以优化反冲洗系统运行参数。

In this paper, the hydraulic calculation of the bottom water distribution system during backwashing is carried out, and the head loss of the bottom water distribution system before and after the measures are analyzed to optimize the operating parameters of the backwashing system.
