在市场营销人才供需矛盾的背景下,以下提出了提升新建地方普通高校市场营销专业学生实践能力的总体思路,并提出具体对策建议,包括:构建符合培养目标要求的实践能力体系、建立有利于实践能力培养的人才培养模式、建立“因能力设课”的课程体系、重视培养学生的市场营销实践动机、提高教师营销实践能力等。
