目的:探讨心律及其波动与重建相位窗的关系。方法:268例疑似冠心病病人进行冠脉成像,按检查时心率及其波动分为以下四组:平均心率小于等于65次/min、心率波动小于等于6次组(A组);平均心率小于65次/min、心率波动大于6次/min组(B组);平均心率大于65次/min、心率波动小于等于6次/min组(C组);平均心率大于65次/min、心率波动大于6次/min组(D组);接受40层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像术,统计其最佳重建相位窗。结果:A组重建相位窗集中分布于60%～70%B组及C组RCA重建相位窗主要分布于30%～40%及60%～70%,LAD及LCX主要分布于60%～80%。D组RCA重建相位窗主要分布于30%～40%,LAD及LCX重建相位窗不规律。结论:心率及其波动对40层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的最佳重建相位窗有重要影响,心率控制在65次/min及以下,心率波动控制在6次/min及以下,最佳重建相位窗通常在60%～70%。心率在65次/min以上或波动大于6次/min的,一定要多时相重建。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between heart rate and its fluctuation and reconstructed phase window. Conclusion: The heart rate and its fluctuation have an important influence on the optimal reconstructed phase window of 40-slice spiral CT coronary angiography. The heart rate is controlled at 65 beats / min and below, and the heart rate fluctuation is controlled at 6 beats / min. The optimal reconstructed phase window Usually 60% to 70%.
