目的研究体外联用龙血竭和蜘蛛香对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠埃希菌和白色念珠菌的抗菌效应。方法采用棋盘格法设计,以固体培养基连续稀释法测定药物单独应用和最佳组合效应时对各实验菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),计算部分抑菌浓度(FIC)指数,判定联合抑菌效应。结果龙血竭和蜘蛛香联合用药后,对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和白色念珠菌的FIC指数分别为0.75、0.5、0.625;试验浓度的龙血竭对大肠埃希菌的抑菌效果均较差,与蜘蛛香联合用药后,其MIC=2 mg·m L-1,FIC<1。结论龙血竭与蜘蛛香联合用药对4株供试菌均具有良好的协同抗菌作用,可为临床用药提供参考。
Objective To study the antibacterial effect of dragon’s blood and spider incense on Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans in vitro. Methods The chessboard method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of each experimental bacterium when the drug was applied separately and the best combination effect was determined by the continuous dilution method of solid medium. The partial antibacterial concentration (FIC) index was calculated, Bacterial effect. Results FIC index of Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and Candida albicans were respectively 0.75, 0.5 and 0.625 after the combination of dragon’s blood and spider incense, respectively. The antibacterial effect of dragon’s blood at the test concentration on Escherichia coli All were poor, with spider incense combined medication, the MIC = 2 mg · m L-1, FIC <1. Conclusion The combined application of dragon’s blood and spider incense has good synergistic antibacterial effect on four tested bacteria, which may provide reference for clinical use.
