把文学批评的全部困惑仅仅归咎于商业化或大众文化，是相当表面的。传媒的发达和市场化的运营，必然要出现大量的一次性消费的“亚文学”。我们之所以对当下的创作深怀不满，一方面是只看到了市场行为的文学，一方面是以理想化的方式要求文学。只看到市场化文学，是由于对“严肃写作”或“经典化”写作缺乏了解甚至是愿望，特别是缺乏对具体作品阅读的耐心；以理想化的方式要求文学创作，就永远不会有满意的文学存在。真正有效的批评不是抽象的、没有对象的，它应该是具体的，建立在对大量文学现象、特别是具体的作家作品了解基础上的。
