轴与轴间或轴与其他回转零件之间的联接机构,主要用于完成动力传输或气压的传递,但由于设计缺陷或其他原因,经常会出现故障、运行不稳定等问题,造成维修费用增加。结合实际生产中轴与轴之间的联接,对其中的刚性联轴器和旋转接头两种联接形式进行研究分析,根据实际工作情况及经验对其进行了改进和设计,制作样件安装到设备上。通过一段时间的生产应用和验证,最终证明改进后的机构使用效果良好、寿命长、设备运行可靠,能够保证正常的生产。
