保障性住房是一项重要的民生工程,它的质量和安全关系着民生改善和社会稳定,党和国家极其重视。但当前保障性住房在施工质量管理等方面仍然存在许多问题,本文将指出一些保障性住房施工中存在的问题,并针对所存在的问题提出有效地管理措施,以期加强施工管理,保证工程质量。
Affordable housing is an important livelihood project. Its quality and safety are related to the improvement of people’s livelihood and social stability. The Party and the state attach great importance to it. However, there are still many problems in the current construction of affordable housing management. This article will point out some problems in the construction of affordable housing and put forward effective management measures to solve the existing problems with a view to strengthening construction management and ensuring project quality.
