以硫酸盐竹浆为研究对象,经打浆后,用Bauer-McNett纤维筛分仪除去200目以下的细小纤维,考察了细小纤维对硫酸盐竹浆打浆度、保水值以及对纸页性能的影响。结果表明,未经打浆的硫酸盐竹浆中细小纤维含量约为28%;除去细小纤维后,长纤维组分打浆度大幅度下降,在不同的打浆转数下的打浆度基本相同,约为14°SR,各种强度性能除撕裂指数外均呈下降趋势。扫描电镜观察显示未经筛分的纸页中细小纤维填充在长纤维所交织组成的网络空隙里,有利于纤维间的结合,而筛分后纸页中主要为长纤维。
Kraft bamboo pulp was taken as the research object. After beating, Bauer-McNett fiber sieve was used to remove the fine fibers below 200 meshes. The effect of fines on the beating degree, water holding capacity and paper properties of kraft bamboo were investigated. . The results showed that the content of fines in the unbleached kraft bamboo pulp was about 28%. After the fines were removed, the beating degree of the long fiber components dropped significantly. The beating degree at different beating speeds was about the same 14 ° SR, all kinds of strength properties except for the tear index showed a downward trend. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the fine fibers in the unspiked paper were filled in the network interspaces composed of the long fibers, which was beneficial to the bonding between the fibers, while the long fibers were mainly in the screened sheets.
