针对屯兰矿大断面沿空巷道在采动影响下的围岩大变形特点,提出了一种锚索桁架联合控制沿空巷道顶板的技术,分析了大断面沿空巷道的锚索桁架控制机理,并通过FLAC数值模拟沿空巷道围岩应力场的特征,优化设计了锚索桁架支护参数,结合现场矿压观测得出锚索桁架控制技术,有效地控制了沿空巷道顶板的剧烈变形。
Aimed at the large deformation of surrounding rock under the influence of mining and mining in the large section grounded tunnel of Tunlan Coal Mine, a technique of combined control of roof trusses of gob-side entry with anchor-cable trusses is proposed, and the control mechanism of cable trusses along gob-side entry of large section is analyzed The characteristics of surrounding rock stress field in gob-side entry are simulated by FLAC. The parameters of support for truss girder are optimized. The control technology of anchor truss is obtained based on the observation of mine pressure. The severe deformation of gob-side entry is effectively controlled .
