二等奖 1 自行车多级飞轮爬链性能分析及齿形优化设计 上海大学 上海万国车辆配件有限公司 该成果运用参数曲线及多体动力学等理论对外变速系统链传动的齿合特性、链条的侧向弯曲特性等进行了分析研究,从理论上阐明了链条在变速过程中的空间几何形态解析解,总结了外变速系统的一般变速过程,提出了变速性能的评论方法,突破了自行车变速系统的研究方法,建立了自行车理论体系,填补了国内空白,达到国际先进水平。经上海万国车辆配件有限公司实际应用,开发了新产品。替代了进口产品,取得了很大的社会、经济效益。
