目的研究肿瘤耐药相关基因MRP3、GST-π在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测76例食管鳞状细胞癌患者MRP3、GST-π的表达,同时回顾性研究这些表达与食管鳞状细胞癌发生、浸润及转移等临床病理参数的关系。应用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线和Cox回归模型分析其与患者预后的关系。结果食管鳞状细胞癌组织中,MRP3在不同临床分期、有或无淋巴结转移组之间阳性表达率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GST-π在不同临床分期、不同浸润深度组之间阳性表达率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素生存分析表明,MRP3、GST-π阳性表达组的生存率虽低于阴性表达组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Cox模型多因素分析表明,肿瘤临床分期是影响生存期的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论检测MRP3、GST-π的表达对食管鳞状细胞癌化疗方案的制定、判断预后有重要的指导意义。
Objective To study the expression of MRP3 and GST-π in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis. Methods The expressions of MRP3 and GST-π in 76 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between these expressions and the clinicopathological parameters of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was retrospectively studied. Kaplan-Meier survival curves and Cox regression model analysis of its relationship with the prognosis of patients. Results The positive rate of MRP3 expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly different between different clinical stages, with or without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The expression of GST-π in different clinical stages, different depth of invasion group (P <0.05) .Conclusion: 1. Univariate survival analysis showed that the survival rate of MRP3 and GST-πpositive expression group was lower than that of negative expression group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Cox model multivariate analysis showed that clinical staging is an independent factor affecting survival (P <0.05). Conclusion Detection of MRP3, GST-π expression of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of the chemotherapy program to determine the prognosis of an important guiding significance.
