目的评价通过疾病预防控制体系三年建设,应用性研究能力的提高情况。方法通过全国系统抽样调查,获取机构是否承担项目及在研项目数等指标,并作地区间横向和年度间纵向比较,用GINI系数反映地区间应用性研究能力的均衡性。结果三年来,疾病预防控制机构的应用性研究能力有了长足的进步。平均每地区承担应用性研究项目数省级增加32·0%,市级增加103·5%,县级增加204·7%,但地区间发展不平衡的现象非常突出,省市县GINI系数均超过0·4的警戒线。 Objectives To evaluate the improvement of the capacity for applied research through the three-year construction of the disease prevention and control system. Methods Through the national systematic sample survey, we obtain indicators such as whether the organization bears the number of projects and the number of projects under study, and perform vertical comparisons between horizontal and vertical sections between regions, and use GINI coefficients to reflect the balance of regional applied research capabilities. As a result, the applied research capacity of the disease prevention and control agencies has made great progress over the past three years. On average, the number of applied research projects per region increased 32.0% at the provincial level, 103.5% at the municipal level, and 204.7% at the county level, but the phenomenon of unbalanced development among the regions was very prominent. The GINI coefficients of provinces, cities and counties were A warning line exceeding 0.4.
