在科技迅猛发展的21世纪,市场对技术人才的需求量越来越大,对于企业而言,专业技能型人才的储备已逐渐成为其生存和发展的关键。因此,国家对中等职业教育的发展也尤其重视。中职生重在技能的培养,灌输式的教学模式已不适于中等职业学校的教学,我们应改革以学校和课堂为中心的传统教学模式,以就业为导向,以实践教学和技能训练为重点,在人才培养模式上进行改革,创新教育教学模式,与企业密切联系与合作,加强学生的实习和社会实践锻炼,培养生产实践的技能型人才,来满足当前社会发展的需求。
In the 21st century, with the rapid development of science and technology, there is an increasing demand for skilled personnel in the market. For enterprises, the reserve of skilled professionals has gradually become the key to their survival and development. Therefore, the state attaches great importance to the development of secondary vocational education. Secondary vocational students focus on the cultivation of skills, inculcating teaching mode is not suitable for the teaching of secondary vocational schools, we should reform the school and classroom as the center of the traditional teaching mode, employment-oriented, focusing on practical teaching and skills training , Reform the personnel training mode, innovate the teaching mode of education, close contact and cooperation with enterprises, strengthen students’ internship and social practice training, and train skilled personnel in production practice to meet the needs of current social development.
