Performance appraisal is the core function of human resource development and management. It almost runs through all aspects of enterprise human resources development and management. It is especially important for enterprises to choose the appropriate performance appraisal method. This article mainly introduces several relatively new performance evaluation methods, and puts forward some suggestions on method selection for enterprises to do a good job of performance evaluation.
