典型案例因对下属人员监管不力,河北省邯郸市交通局3位县处级干部被问责,受到党内警告处分。2010年至2015年,邯郸市交通局2名副局长、1名副调研员先后分管市交通局光太公路工程有限公司、公路工程项目办。分管期间,光太公路工程有限公司董事长王某和副总经理苏某,在邯大高速公路、永峰公路等工程项目招标投标、建设管理过程中,利用职务便利,多次发生行贿受贿行为。最终,该公司董事长王某被开除党籍,并被移送司法机关,其他几名人员也受到相应处分。
Due to the ineffective supervision of subordinates, three county-level cadres from Handan Bureau of Transportation in Hebei Province were given accountability and were subject to intra-party warning. From 2010 to 2015, two deputy directors of Handan Bureau of Communications and one deputy researcher successively took charge of Municipal Bureau of Transportation Guangtai Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. and Highway Project Office. In charge of the period, the light of Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. Wang, chairman and deputy general manager of Sumou, Handan Freeway, Yongfeng Highway and other projects in the bidding, construction management process, the use of his position, repeated bribery occurred. Eventually, the company’s chairman Wang was expelled from the party, and was transferred to the judiciary, several other staff also been punished accordingly.
