本文用放免法及比色法测定了121名6~17岁健康女学生的24小时尿游离皮质醇(UFC)及17—酮类固醇(17—KS)含量,并对二者与青春期形态及性发育的关系作了初步探讨。测定的24小时尿17—KS平均含数为12.04mg(范围值为2.76~30.66mg);UFC平均含量为36.14μ(范围值为2.5~85.0μg)。二者均随年龄、骨龄而增加,与形态、性发育成熟度之间有着较密切的关系,尤以UFC显著。17—KS与UFC的相关系数为0.2561(p<0.01),提示二者有一定关系,但UFC是衡量肾上腺皮质机能状况的更为敏感的指标,
In this paper, the content of 24-hour urinary free cortisol (UFC) and 17-ketosteroid (17-KS) in 121 healthy girls aged from 6 to 17 were measured by radioimmunoassay and colorimetric method. Development of the relationship made a preliminary discussion. The average 24-hour urinary 17-KS content was 12.04 mg (range, 2.76-30.66 mg); the average UFC content was 36.14 μ (range, 2.5-85.0 μg). Both are increased with age and bone age, and the morphology and sexual maturity are closely related, especially in UFC. The correlation coefficient between 17-KS and UFC was 0.2561 (p <0.01), suggesting a certain relationship between the two. However, UFC is a more sensitive measure of adrenocortical function,
