本文提出了用于软金属精密磨削的PVA树脂砂轮的试验方法。试验结果表明：采用混和磨料微粉，树脂溶液合浸及添加填料的方法制成的PVA砂轮，用于软金属的精磨加工，砂轮表面无堵塞，保持了工件无划痕与精度良好，适当的研磨效率得以维持。
This paper presents a test method for PVA resin grinding wheels used for precision grinding of soft metals. The test results show that: PVA grinding wheel made of mixed abrasive powder, resin solution immersion and filler adding method is used for the fine grinding of soft metal, the surface of the grinding wheel is not blocked, the workpiece is kept without scratches and the precision is good, proper Grinding efficiency is maintained.
