目的 比较5种常用广谱β内酰胺类抗生素的抗菌活性。方法 用Etest方法测定各抗生素对100株细菌的最低抑菌浓度。结果 所测5种抗生素对受测菌的总敏感性依次为:亚胺培南94%,头孢哌酮/舒巴坦76%,头孢他啶68%,头孢曲松65%,哌拉西林38%。结论 亚胺培南几乎可覆盖所有致病菌,且其抗菌活性最高;头孢他啶对革兰阴性杆菌的抗菌活性明显优于革兰阳性菌,尤其对铜绿假单孢菌的活性是其优势。
Objective To compare the antibacterial activity of five commonly used β-lactam antibiotics. Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration of each antibiotic on 100 strains of bacteria was determined by Etest method. Results The total sensitivities of the five tested antibiotics to tested bacteria were as follows: imipenem 94%, cefoperazone / sulbactam 76%, ceftazidime 68%, ceftriaxone 65%, piperacillin 38%. Conclusion Imipenem can cover almost all pathogenic bacteria, and its antibacterial activity is the highest. The antibacterial activity of ceftazidime against Gram-negative bacilli is obviously superior to that of Gram-positive bacteria, especially its activity to Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
