本文研究了三辛基氧化胺-甲苯溶液萃取硫氰酸铀酰。实验发现萃取剂经稀酸预平衡后,可以从弱酸性或近中性溶液中很好地萃取铀,其分配比很大。我们还研究了 pH,TOAO 浓度、[CNS~-]等因素对萃取铀的影响,并设想在 pH<3时萃取反应为:UO_2~(2+)+CNS~-+HCNS·TOAO=UO_2(CNS)_2·TOAO+H~+利用对数函数外推法处理萃取数据求得萃取反应的平衡常数 K=10~(1.82)及 UO_2~(2+)与 CNS~-的络合常数β_1=5.2,β_2=3.6。
In this paper, trioctylamine oxide-toluene solution was used to extract uranyl thiocyanate. The experimental results show that the extractant can be well extracted from weakly acidic or near neutral solution after pre-equilibrium with dilute acid, and its distribution ratio is very high. We also studied the effects of pH, TOAO concentration and [CNS ~ -] on uranium extraction. It is also assumed that the extraction reaction at pH <3 is: UO_2 ~ (2 +) + CNS ~ - + HCNS · TOAO = UO_2 CNS) _2 · TOAO + H ~ + The extractive reaction data were extracted by logarithmic function extrapolation to obtain the equilibrium constant K = 10 ~ (1.82) and the complexing constant of UO_2 ~ CNS ~ - β_1 = 5.2, β_2 = 3.6.
