10月15日,时值十七届五中全会召开之际,“清华EMBA名师管理论坛”在青岛香格里拉大饭店举行。应青岛有关方面邀请,我国著名经济学家、清华EMBA任课老师梁小民教授作了主题演讲。梁小民在演讲中,重点分析了2010年中国宏观经济走向和转型路径。他预测,中国经济不太可能出现二次探底,且将面临三个转型:一是要由投资拉动经济转向消费拉动经济,二是要从对出口依赖转向国内市场,三是从投入型增长转向技术进步型增长。他同时指出,正在建设的胶东半岛高端产业聚集区符合这一趋势,但山东的发展还需加快培植民营经济的力量。
On October 15, when the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee was held, “Tsinghua EMBA Master Management Forum ” was held in Shangri-La Hotel, Qingdao. At the invitation of relevant parties in Qingdao, Professor Liang Xiaomin, a famous economist in our country and teacher at Tsinghua EMBA, gave a keynote speech. In his speech, Liang Xiaomin focused on the analysis of the macroeconomic trends and transformation paths in China in 2010. He predicted that the Chinese economy is unlikely to have a second bottom dip and will face three transformations: one is to shift from investment-led economy to consumption-led economy; second, shift from export-dependence to domestic market; and third, from investment-type growth Turning to technological advances. At the same time, he pointed out that the high-end industrial cluster in the Jiaodong Peninsula under construction is in line with this trend, but the development of Shandong needs to speed up the cultivation of the private economy.
