仓库管理是物流管理中的重要环节,国内的很多企业在建设现代化的仓储物流管理体系方面还存在着许多不足,尤其在仓库模式的建立和仓库管理的方面,仍停留在人工操作的管理阶段。落后的仓库管理模式和陈旧的设施对于企业日益增长的货物需求愈发的难以适应,因此,应用先进的技术来改变仓库管理模式,让企业实现仓库管理自动化已经成为一种必然。本文就企业物资供应链中作为基础环节的仓库管理存在的问题,从不同的侧面对仓库管理存在的问题及如何改善现状进行了一系列分析。
Warehouse management is an important part of logistics management. Many domestic enterprises still have many deficiencies in the construction of modern warehousing and logistics management system. In particular, they still remain in the management stage of manual operation in terms of establishment of warehouse mode and warehouse management. Outdated warehouse management and outdated facilities are increasingly difficult to adapt to the growing demand for goods. Therefore, applying advanced technologies to change the warehouse management mode and automating the warehouse management has become a necessity. In this paper, the problems existing in the warehouse management as the basic part in the enterprise material supply chain are analyzed. The problems existing in the warehouse management and the status quo are analyzed from different aspects.
